“The service is very bad , the company don't care with the customers , the company is more then 4 years to find courier to Europe , is better tell don't send anymore instead of saying we are searching , if don't want to do the service say it the customer can buy on another if your company don't want to sell. Even I don't understand what is the problem as the shipment is the same the person on Europe is the one that have to pay the taxes, on the country that they will receive . Seems one thing hard but the company don't care , but could be a little more understanding and say we will not do the service to Europe anymore”

“Their support is brilliant. Due to an anomaly with the particular part I ordered it was, in fact incorrect but a quick phone call to them sorted a collection of the incorrect part and then advice on the correct part which I received very quickly.”

“Ordered 2x rear coil springs for 2007 a6 s-line Sunday afternoon, paid extra for next day delivery and didn’t receive till Wednesday. The correct parts supplied but charged for express delivery and never received till 3 days later. Was told I’d receive refund for delivery…….still waiting weeks later 🤪”
