“It would have been a better review but the website refused to work with my phone. I tried two ways of paying and both were declined or (in the case of PayPal) refusing to go to the payment page. I ended up using my laptop. Then, much to my horror, I find I've been charged for one day f the declined payments. Carparts4less refused to believe that I had been charged for a transaction that didn't go through and it's only because I didn't collect the order that I got a refund.”

“Customer service is always very good. An attempt to deliver my latest order was unsuccessful as we missed the driver. I sent an e-mail to rearrange the delivery and the customer service team pulled out all the stops for the package to be redelivered the next day. Success!”
