“I placed an order for a rear axel which eventually turned out to be an oversized item. The website advertises normal items along with oversized items but does not warn about the delivery problems associated with oversized items. In my case, I sent numerous emails about the undelivered item with no response. However, I made progress on my question when I phoned them. After 2 calls over a week, the manager called me to arrange my transport to collect the oversized item from a local hub. This I did with my estate car with a 12-mile round trip. So the website must warn customers when they click on oversized items as to what to expect.”

“So far it has taken more than a month to return a pair of wipers mis-listed as suitable. This is the second time I've tried to return something, last time I ended up accepting the loss, thinking that my poor experience and difficulty in getting a return was a one off. But I flat refuse to give up on principle this time.”

“I only gave 4/5 stars as I did free click and collect to pick up my service parts for my car. Normally there is a charge for click & collect and I think it is unfair to charge customers a fee. I used to get my parts delivered at home with minimum purchase of £20 but they've now increased that to £30 so I cant afford that. Besides that, the staff do provide a good service and parts at an affordable price.”
