“Ordered parts for a service. Part of that order was for 4 spark plugs. On checking my order on arrival one of the spark plug boxes was empty. A long phone call later and another was sent out next day.”

“Was supplied wrong part returned for correct part only to be given the wrong part again they said they could order the correct part at twice the price I decided to give up in the end and went elsewhere.”

“Parts and prices all good,but had to reorder twice due to first order being cancelled by collection centre due to collection time of 5 days at collection even though my email said I had 7 to collect , you need to join up times with distribution centres.”

“Ordered a subframe online for delivery to my workshop, carriage included in price. No communication from Carfarce4less for a week. Tried to contact them on their live chat but had no reply. Rang them (on their premium rate number) to be told that they I should have known it couldn’t be shipped directly to me??!! Only options are cancel the order or collect it, at my expense and time from my nearest Euro Car Parts branch, a 2 hour round trip. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I had the pleasure of speaking to someone called Adrian who was rude, argumentative and aggressive. Refused to pass my call on to management although he was going to have someone call me back……. No surprise that hasn’t happened either. A long winded way to say DONT BUY FROM Carparts4stress!!”
