“It would have been 5 stars had customer service been up to standard. Basing this on two experiences, one in store and one telephone, with both being very unfortunate. In my experience staff were unhelpful and aggressive.”

“Placed two orders. Turned up at the store and it took 45mins to pick the 1st and over an hour to pick the 2nd. Wasn’t even busy. I was the only person there at the beginning. Orders used to be ready in minutes for pick up. Also still awaiting a refund which doesn’t look like it’s been proceed properly. Going to lose a lot of customers if they are not careful.”

“Ordered some wipers from carparts4less, wiper suggested from the car reg didn’t fit. Had to return to collection point, didn’t know I could just return in store. Called up customer service to find out how to return and also looked up the other wipers I ordered actually fit. CS agent was most pleasant, got a good CS department, 5* for CS 4* for everything else.”
