“Not this company's finest hour. I ordered three items. It turned out that one was out of stock, one was the wrong part and the third item, car shampoo was delivered. I now have to travel a 22 miles round trip to the nearest branch to return the wrong item for a refund. The annoying part is that I was invited to put my car registration number in to identify the correct part and it was still wrong.”

“2 1/2 weeks since placing the order and still no sign of the delivery, I did initially receive a note saying due to a warehouse move the delivery would be an extra two days. No reply to my chaser email a few days ago other than an automated response advising my query had been logged, so now having to chase again....”

“They do pretty good deals, sometimes better to pickup as carriage to highlands adds to cost, plus sometimes more than one part for a car depending on time of manufacture. Registration doesn’t always get it right on some things but does mostly but if you pick up you can check. Had it with the diameter of some disks, 2 sizes and I got wrong one and had to return. Accepted no problem though.”

“I’m not happy at all because when I visited to collected my part at the collection point after waiting 40 minutes the guy came that we don’t have part in stock and it’s an error.can’t do anything I am sorry and because of his sorry my last coronation weekend wasted BH sitting home as I can’t anywhere because of unfixed car.”
