“Very poor service received from carparts4less on this occasion unfortunately. They put it down to moving warehouse location. The communication from them was appalling!. Was changing my rear discs and rear brake pads, the discs arrived when they should have minus the brake pads. I had to complain that the brake pads were infact missing from my order. No communication from carparts4less whatsoever. Then the brake pads just turn up 5 days later. 🤷🏻‍♂️”

“Dreadful service. I paid extra to have a dated delivery which they didn't make. I emailed repeatedly to ask that the order was cancelled and refunded. None of my emails were ever answered and the battery was dispatched 6 days later than it should have. I am still awaiting a response to my request for a "right to cancel" so will now pursue with my credit card company. I could not in clear conscience recommend this business due to such poor levels of service and lack of communication. Very disappointed.”

“Very bad service first two days delay that's OK and then after delivery received and missing one spark plug ordered 4 spark plug and received only 3 then i ring customer service they promise next day delivery and not send next day and then received email is another 4 days delay very bad service never ordered again and best buy parts from local parts shops is more easy and hassle free”
