“Service at Ashford Kent shop was a joke.. some waiting upto 30 min to even be served and then waiting longer for their parts to be brought out... Only one person at front desk with all the others sitting in the back chatting... A joke AVOID”

“I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. Price matched some overpriced items to stick to buying from this company, but 2 days to get the discount, items now out of stock, absolute idiots and a complete waste of time. Little do they realise i purchase often via another account, and i certainly will not be purchasing ever again. I would not recommend this company to absolutely anybody, stick to GSF or a local dealer, it's not worth it, just a micky mouse sister company with little to no customer service whatsoever. Sadly a guy called Sean was fantastic previously, if you speak with Shilla Pereira on their chat, you will get NOTHING. Not sure why she even works there, absolute disgrace to the company and industry. Avoid at all costs!!”
