When I received the parts I had ordered although the website said they were for my car and the box they were in confirmed it they definitely were not the right ones

Ordered part on Friday, for delivery following Wednesday, Part not turned up although CP4L/ DHL says it been delivered. Requested POD still waiting over a week later, NO POD and NO PARTS.

Prices are generally reasonable, but service is always poor. Counter staff treat the customers as an inconvenience, and take an age to find pre ordered items. It’s even worse if you ask them to lookup a part and go off to their store to find it. Endless clicking on the keyboard ending with a painfully slow printout. This company could really benefit from bringing in a senior person experienced in over-the-counter service, e.g. in the style of Screwfix. Essentially the same business model. A good business opportunity going begging.

It is the wrong size blade, when taken back to EURO car parts for exchange it almost cost me double the price, this item was a click & collect

Ordered on the Monday, paid extra (£10.90) for next day delivery, it eventually arrived on Friday, promised refund but so far no sign. Not impressed.

I got a dirty part that looks like it waa used. I was told I have to wait 2 days to get a replacement which I couldn't.

I was disappointed that despite putting my registration into the website which you would assume tailors the parts I’m seeing on search results to my car, that the part I was sent didn’t fit at all.

Ordered item for collection as needed the items for next day which was why I opted to collect from store but went to store on three separate occasions and my order wasn’t delivered.

Purchased a complete 03 Mini Cooper S exhaust system with brackets. The silencer mtg brkts were nothing like the profile required and the fitting required complete rebending to be somewhere near fitting to the silencers. The suppliers/manufacturers need to have a proper look at these, they are nowhere near the shape they should be to fit the silencers, very poor to say the least not worth the money, would not recommend..............

When I whant to pick my part up there was no staff on the till and after ringing the bell two times I then had to google the phone number for the store and ring them to tell them I was there, a ferthewt 8 muinets passed forgot I saw any body. I ordered two main headlamp bulbs for my citeron berlingo believing they were led as it stated online but when I installed them out was clear they was not

Appalling delivery service. Order placed on Monday 12th dec delivered on 22nd December after 5 phone calls all promising it was on the van and out for delivery on different days. I live a mile away from the Tamworth main office so it’s delivered on their own vehicle so this wasn’t down to couriers.

Ordered part on line for collection from local Eurocarparts. Two days after expected delivery and having not heard anything I decided to drop in to see if it had indeed arrived. Unfortunately after a 5 minute wait I was informed that the part had been delivered but they couldn't locate it within the depot. I was then told that it would have to be reordered for the following day or I could carry out a 20 mile round trip to the nearest branch that had it in stock, which I declined. I then asked if the part could be delivered to me but was told no as I had chosen collection from branch I needed to return to pick it up, not very happy as I was working a day shift the following day and this was causing me an inconvenience not to mention another 10 mile round trip. I did return and collect the item but will definitely think again about ordering through Carparts4less.

A decent price for the screen wash, but couldn’t believe you get charged for your own pick up/ collection. Really….. you’re charging me to pick up something I’ve just payed for 😲

I was emailed to ask if I would I leave a review . Well… I ordered some wipers and only found out they had been ‘ delivered’ when I followed the car in to a bush to find them . Madness

sometimes, but not always cheaper than EuroCarParts BUT you get charged for collecting. On my last order, they switched the oil filter from a premium OEM brand to a brand I had never even heard of. Luckily I was able to refuse it but the alternatives ECP offered, where I collected, were nearly treble the price. Got it from GSF in the end, then had to wait for about a week to get the refund from CP4L

Charging a collection fee from euro carparts, Prices climbing all the time , staff are helpful and courteous when you can find one at the collection point. ( Newport)

The payment page only allows one code, so I could not enter the 20% discount code because I had to choose between that or using my £10 credit code. Shame as it penalises existing customers who have a credit code, so ended up paying more than any new customer would.
