“As a repeat customer I continue to like the customised level of service. This time being a web customer and the product was due to go out on a Friday Alan gave me a call suggesting that I wait till a Monday send to ensure things did not get bashed in the delivery company’s storage facility, I agreed to this. Product is wonderful as always many thanks, I will be back when I need something else.”

“Helpful on the phone but slow to respond to e-mails. Kayak arrived well wrapped but there was no updates from courier on progress of delivery. No one was around when they tried to deliver it and was left in a safe place. Taking the size and value of the package at the very least advising day of delivery should be the absolute minimum. Kayak is great and can’t wait to get it out on the water.”
