Helpful on the phone but slow to respond to e-mails. Kayak arrived well wrapped but there was no updates from courier on progress of delivery. No one was around when they tried to deliver it and was left in a safe place. Taking the size and value of the package at the very least advising day of delivery should be the absolute minimum. Kayak is great and can’t wait to get it out on the water.
