“Generally speaking a positive experience and very happy with the items ordered. Order also dispatched quickly from store. However, the head office needs to change their courier for the Glasgow area as they 'don't have vans big enough to carry a kayak'. As a result I had to travel to and collect the kayak from the depot myself and at my own expense, to avoid a potential delay to delivery. This Glasgow specific issue appeared to be an issue that staff were aware of before my order, so should be something that was already corrected. Granted delivery was free, but when spending circa £1700 on an order this is not something that I'd expect to have to do.”

“Difficult to give an in depth review in this Covid riddled on-line existence, however if the prompt attention, order processing, delivery time and packaging are anything to go by, I would expect a proper, face to face interaction to be a pleasant experience - based on this, I would recommend canoe & kayak store. They were also the only people to have the item in stock. A query I sent after receiving my invoice was responded to quickly with an invitation to call the shop and discuss, which I am yet to do.”

“Great service from the guys at C&K and very happy with the boots. Let down by dismal service from Royal Mail on the delivery who seemed to interpret next day delivery as a card through the door 3 days later when I was there all day. Eventually had to pick up from depot.”
