“I have order A kayak and found out the pump hose was broken and after I told them that they send me another hose but after taking the kayak out to the beach and assembling it found out the puzzle for the sub board is missing. I have sent them couple of emails and no replies. I think I have to go through PayPal money back guarantee.”

“What higher praise can there be than going back to them to buy another kayak. This review was for the second kayak I purchased. With each purchase I was contacted to confirm I would be available for delivery and to select what suited me best. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.”

“We purchased two calipso islander kayaks, we are new to kayaking, the staff were really helpful and gave great advice about boyancy aids and paddles that we required, all were brought while we were at the showroom and would definitely recommend for any further purchase's.”

“Very happy with the service and prompt delivery, and Palm Quest Bouyancy Aid is very comfy for paddle boarding ; barely notice I’m wearing it and not too bulky when getting back on the board in deep water.”

“I called a couple of times before ordering 3 kayaks and each person I spoke to was friendly and patient with me, they answered all my silly questions happily. The kayaks were delivered to Manchester by hand and were really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Richard kept me up to date and even provided an ETA for delivery. All in all a great service, will definitely be using again.”

“Recently ordered a new kayak, service was excellent. I phoned in advance and they answered my queries. On ordering, I received a call from the warehouse explaining delivery arrangements and confirming most convenient times. I then received a phone call the day before delivery to confirm it was still convenient for me. Very pleased and would use again!”
