“Ordered 2 grey Dryrobe seat covers which came quickly, were exactly as described and, because of a sale, were cheaper than other sites. Would definitely buy from here again.”

“Ordered a PFD and spray deck. Delays to order due to spray deck being out of stock. But good communication throughout and items were delivered in reasonable time frames. I would use them again.”

“The product we wanted was out of stock but we were kept up to date by email of when new stock was due in. Canoe & Kayak Store was the cheapest we found and service was excellent.”

“First of all, I absolutely love my new Silverbirch Broadland 16 foot canoe which I bought through the Canoe and Kayak store website. An actual human being responded by phone after my order to confirm delivery details. The canoe was hand delivered in perfect condition by someone from the shop. In addition, prior to delivery they phoned to confirm that I’d ordered the correct size paddle. Just fantastic, personal service.”

“Some really good old fashioned customer service from these guys. I've bought various things online and in store and been delighted with the products and advice. When I collected a kayak from them a few years ago, they even helped fit my new roof bars and threw in some straps as well. Can't do more than that! Online, they offer sensible advice on equipment purchases. 10/10 from me!”
