“I ordered my new canoe and didn't have to wait very long for it to arrive in the UK, be outfitted and delivered. The outfitting was top notch. There was constant communications leading up to the delivery which settled my nerves and excitement. The logistics of delivery were tricky but, due to the constant talking we worked out a solution and I have been enjoying my new craft ever since. I'm extremely happy with the service and thoroughly recommend the Canoe and Kayak store.”

“I go back to the Canoe and Kayak Store time and time again for these reasons A. Great customer service , polite , knowledgeable , experienced ,professional and personable. B. Unbeatable prices and as a returning customer they look after me. C. Good selection of stock, they always seem to have what I want in the size and colour I’m after. D. When I actually go to the shop Richard always makes me a coffee. E. Speedy delivery What more could you need or ask for. Top marks gentleman and thank you for looking after me.”

“I bought a Pyranaha Firecracker a couple of months ago online. I spoke with the store several times, they were very helpful and the transaction and delivery were painless. The store was also very helpful in finding a spray deck that would fit. The Firecracker has proved to be an excellent boat. I can highly recommend the store.”

“Excellent service spoke to them one day and received the goods the next day. They promised they would overnight it to me and they did. “Very helpful. Time was taken to ensure the semi dry gear I purchased not only fitted but instructions were also given on how to wear the items, to include expelling air and tips on how to prolong the life of my items purchased. Highly recommended. Happy paddling.”

“I bought the lightweight 18ft 6in Wenonah Minnesota II from Richard and modified it for tandem use on nearby wild lochs. Took out the yoke (little need for portages in Scotland!) and replaced it with a matching aluminium thwart. Also installed a footbrace into a Wenonah Wilderness, all modifications with parts and sound advice from Richard and his team. Great service, knowledgeable advice, direct delivery and reasonable prices - would certainly use C&KS for any future purchases..”
