“Knowing that there are equipment shortages at present I spoke with Aaron to confirm availability of what I needed to purchase. He provided excellent advice and ensured that my goods arrived by the next day. Excellent customer relations and service. I highly recommend Canoe & Kayak Store and will use them for further purchases.”

“I have order A kayak and found out the pump hose was broken and after I told them that they send me another hose but after taking the kayak out to the beach and assembling it found out the puzzle for the sub board is missing. I have sent them couple of emails and no replies. I think I have to go through PayPal money back guarantee.”

“What higher praise can there be than going back to them to buy another kayak. This review was for the second kayak I purchased. With each purchase I was contacted to confirm I would be available for delivery and to select what suited me best. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.”

“We purchased two calipso islander kayaks, we are new to kayaking, the staff were really helpful and gave great advice about boyancy aids and paddles that we required, all were brought while we were at the showroom and would definitely recommend for any further purchase's.”
