“I ordered a kayak online (that was out of stock everywhere else) on a Sunday. I didn't hear anything the following week, even though it did say it could be up to 14 days so I was starting to worry a bit. I emailed to enquire and almost immediately received a reassuring email and within a few days (and more useful communication from the store), my kayak. Really pleased with the service. Thank you”

“ordered a Dagger Axis 10.4E. website easy to navigate and suggested items align well with my purchase so i decided to purchase the Aqua bound stingray paddle. Thought if I'm spending decent money on a kayak I may as well buy a decent paddle. website transaction went through easily, regarding delivery I could have had it delivered the next working day at a cost or delivered within 5 days for free, I chose the latter. email and call received from the store to organise a suitable day for delivery. Couldn't provide a timeslot as they use a specific courier - not an issue as I work 5 minutes from home. Arrived on the day in the late afternoon. packaged extremely well and items were in good working order....however still to try out on the water but there were no imperfections to items delivered. Will definitely use again for further purchases.”

“The service was exceptional. I had struggled to find the kayak that I wanted anywhere else and they reserved it for me until I was able to make the purchase. Then they contacted me to arrange a suitable delivery date. The kayak was wrapped really well and arrived about a week after I ordered it. I'm really happy with the kayak. Really prompt, efficient service. They went out of their way to be helpful.”

“I phoned up to get a bit of advice, said I was a novice and I was given a rundown of everything I’d need. I had a couple of bits already but took notice of everything I was told, and got the bits suggested. Was told before I ordered there was a 10-14 day delivery schedule at the time, I was fine with that. I got a call a couple of days later to be told that a delivery slot had opened up. I got everything the next day.”
