“Hi, I recently purchased a floral dressing gown from you, it was sent promptly and was a good price. However the material was extremely thinner than I was expecting, also it was very ceased as well. All my previous buys from you were excellent in quality, fit and price so I was surprised with this recent purchase and the apparent drop in quality.”

“The bed jacket looks and feels lovely. The size is accurate. It was a present, and the recipient hasn't worn it yet as the weather is warm, but she was very pleased with it. Excellent, prompt service too, thank you!”
