“I very much like your comfort maxi briefs which I used to get from the Edinburgh Woollen shop, much cheaper, I have to say than they are now plus postage. I understand that things have moved on and this is not entirely your fault. However, I do not want fancy lingerie and I don't want your advert practically every day coming into my in box so I have cancelled it and if I need any more I will have to start again.”

“Love the fabric, style and colour. For the price I did not expect plastic sliders on the nightdress as they are cheap and always snap. Plastic must be replaced with something more sustainable.”

“I emailed you to ask what fabric a certain nightie was made of as it only stated ' soft fabric' or some such.. You said it was 100% polyester - which is what I want. when they arrived I see that they are '60% cotton and 40% nylon' - exactly NOT what I wanted! So they are winging their way back to you ... Sorry”
