“Very good selection of products at reasonable prices, as well as efficient service and speedy delivery. The nightdresses ordered for my 96 yr old mother are of very good quality and she finds them comfortable to wear. I would definitely purchase from this company again. I had no issues and no need to contact the company directly after the goods were received.”

“I bought two bras in my size but different cups as was unsure. Both didn’t look like much when I got then out the packet and they were both far too small. I ring the “Farnham store” to return them and was told I could so I came down and couldn’t find it. Rung them again and they directed me to Elphicks, went into the store and no one had even heard do Camille. Rung the office again and they said they were in Elphicks and didn’t know about Camille. Despite on google this number being for the Farnham store that doesn’t exist! Ended up buying bras from Elphicks instead and sending the bars back in the post! Thanks for my refund!”

Thank you for your review Emma, I can see you placed your order on our website on 20th April for the 2 bras. As you had bought them online from us you would of needed to return them to us for your refund anyway, you would not of been able to get a refund in one of our Concessions. I can see your order was refunded on 28th April. Many thanks.

“I was very disappointed with the quality. Therefore I returned the nightwear immediately to yourselves you should by now have received items sent via post office I have the return receipt, Hope to have my refund A S A P please as I have to buy alternative gift. Many Thanks Ian Hieron”

“Very happy with the quality and delivery time of this item. My 8 year old daughter is delighted. We got the age 9-11 (she is tall). They are long but they hang well so wearable now with room to grow which is perfect.”

“After extensive breast examinations at Oldham Royal Hospital, March 2020, I was told to ditch underwire bras and purchase firm control bras. These had to have substantial uplift and firm side control panels. I tried several - but the best was AR67200. Not only does it have the firm control required, but it is SOOO comfortable, and very pretty too! I have two more ordered when my size is available . . .”

“Delivery was quicker than expected and item safely packaged. The dressing gown was just what I wanted, not too heavy and not too light, was slightly on the big side, but then I am petite. My only negative feedback were that the buttons do make the dressing gown look a little old fashioned and may not appeal to the younger generation. I will be looking to change them when I can.”

“Hello, I have had Camille underwired bras for many years. I must say that I am disappointed with the quality of my recent purchase of 4 No: bras. I did contemplate sending them back but thought maybe when they have been washed a few times they may give. The cups are less generous and there is less material around the back. I have always been able to fasten my bra on the 3rd fastening but with all of these bras I am having to use the 1st fastening”

“Initially I was extremely pleased with the chemise nightie. However after wearing for 2 nights one of the rings that holds the strap has broken on the shoulder. Usually these rings are metal and therefore cannot snap! I have sown the strap back on but I am disappointed........”

“My daughter bought me the summer weight cotton grey onesie last year. It was so comfortable that last week I purchased the pink version ready for the warmer evenings. However as the nights have been so cold I now wear my onesie in bed as well as cotton pyjamas and I am very snug and warm without getting overheated. Last year I had looked on line for light cotton onesies and apart from your company I hadn't had any luck with my search so that was how my birthday present from my daughter came about. I was very impressed that the person that packed the item had entered her name on a little note and the postage was paid and even the return label too. The postage cost often puts me off buying an item. The item was received in good order and time so all in all very pleased with my item and customer service. Thank you”
