“Paid next day delivery didn’t come, rang 3 days later, got a refund straight away, they found out why my parcel hadn’t arrived DPd let them down and if parcel doesn’t arrive before Christmas will give a complete refund, excellent customer service and parcel arrived can’t fault it .”

“I am a new camille customer and have received my first 2 orders of shapewear pants and the best strapless bra I have ever purchased. Unfortunately did not arrive in time to take on holiday due yo postal strike. They are in the suitcase for next one .items neatly packed and and fit through letter box .customer service very friendly and helpful too.will definitely use camille again.yes I”

“High quality pyjamas and house coat. Bought for my mum who is in a care home. Think trousers may be too long. Paid for next day delivery, but did not arrive for a couple of days, but sent with Royal Mail and they were on strike.”

“I don't like to complain for the sake of it, but I ordered a fleecy animal print onesie for a family member, it arrived reasonably promptly, but it was not the animal print I ordered & the size 14/16 is absolutely enormous, reckon you could get 2 people that size in it. Not enough time before Xmas to get reordered & returned”

“Two bed jackets size 10-12 were ordered and were received in reasonable time considering the effects of postal strikes. However, one was size 18-20 although the outer plastic bag said the correct size (10-12). This one has been returned for an exchange.”
