“I ordered a white nightshirt. I was sent a silver one. When I contacted them I was told they didn’t have a white one even though my order confirmed a white one was ordered. II was informed the text was incorrect on their website and that they would get that corrected. I was also informed I could return it for a refund. Time was running short so I had no choice but to keep the silver one. Very disappointed customer.”

“A super selection of, er, “unisex” alternative underwear, for those of us who really don’t like, or want, dull M+S boxers! Your “briefs” are nearly half the price of boxers and my favourites are much better and a more comfortable fit too! Packing is near perfect (but I still prefer the old acid free tissue wrapping over the current plastic), delivery is quick and reliable and returns are easy and fuss free too. Many of the bras are very attractive as well and make up some delightful matching sets. Not sure why everything is labelled “women’s”, when you could double your market! 😁 If there are any downsides, the availability in some of the larger sizes can be patchy, with no indication of when, or if, thingd that O want are due back into stock Being rhwill come back into stock. Apart from that / keep up the good work!”

“I have been buying Camille products for many, many years now; originally from Frazers in Swindon then on line following the shops closure again many years ago. They are very reliable sending goods out promptly and products are well made and last well. Sadly this year I had to return two products due to a sizing issue which we were unfortunately unable to resolve due to the manufacturing process being moved to another location/country and the sizing had changed too much. I was able to keep one item which fitted as previous purchases but it looks as though I will have to find another supplier in due course. I would like to compliment Camille Customer Services on their prompt attention to my problem and although we were unable to resolve the issue they did send out two alternative products which unfortunately were still not the same fit as previous purchases but they dealt with the matter very efficiently and I received my refund direct to my account within one week of returning the items.”
