“I really haven't had time to study all of the Manual, but I talked with a lady that was so nice, and helpful. She even emailed me with information. I was trying to open where the battery is located. I found that, but could not figure out how to open the "lid." While talking with her I opened it!! Then she was nice enough to send a picture from the manual that showed parts and explained how to open it! I did THANK her!”

Hello I am sorry you found the manuals text very small. The manual you ordered is a Sony and we do find them a little small. Please drop us an email if you would like us to resend the order in A4 size.

Hello The manual you ordered was Canon manual and with there new cameras they have changed the format of the manuals and the text is smaller. I will be happy to resend the order in A4 size for you this will increase the size of the text.
