“Its been 1 month and I still haven't received a camera user manual. Estimated time frame was 10 workng days. Probably not OTC's fault but still a waste of money as far as I'm concerned.”

Hello We have been in contact via email. As I explained due to covid restrictions there are less flights leaving the UK mail can be transported on. This is having an impact on delivery times. We are in the UK and you are in New Zealand normally this can take just over 14 working days.

“Thank you OTC - My new camera only came with a "set-up" guide, not a full-blown manual. Although I could download a digital copy to my phone, that's not as convenient, nor as easy to use, as having a "real" booklet. I searched the web and came across OTC. I highly recommend adding the spiral binding, which allows the manual to "lay flat" when open to to the page you're using at the time. I added some "sticky" file tabs to the first page of a couple sections for quicker access. OTC makes a quality product, that's easily worth the reasonable cost. No buyer's remorse here... I definitely got my monies' worth!”

“It's nice to have the manual in a small and readable format. One problem is that the original color photo in Panasonic's publication is poorly rendered in the manual's high contrast black and white.”

“This manual (for Panasonic Lumix FZ82) is a meaty one at 310 pages. I am really pleased that I don't have to trawl through these instructions online, even though I do use the internet. It is absolutely ideal for me. I will peruse at my leisure and bookmark the pages of relevance to me. I ordered the spiral bound version and am very pleased with my purchase. It's a great idea.”

“Printed camera manuals are a thing of the past, so I was pleased to find your company on the internet. Good quality cover, paper and spiral binding. Exact copy of pdf user guide. I prefer a printed document I can study, rather than a downloadable pdf. I live in USA, and Royal Post envelope arrived ahead of estimated delivery date.”

“Purchased two Camera Manuals. The web site said they would come in two parts because they were to big for one Manual. They arrived as one book which is alright although I wish the binder was bigger because they are in fact rather large to fit in one book.”

Hello I have found the email you sent us explaining we had sent you incorrect manual. The order placed was for a Bulk film magazine for the Pentax MX I under stand you just need the manual for the Camera Pentax MX these are two different manuals and we sent the one you had ordered on our website. Linda replied asking you to return the manual you ordered and we would send out the Pentax MX. I think we have been helpful as we have offered to replace the manual you ordered. As of yet we have not received the manual back.
