“Excellent customer service. I’m very understanding of the realities of making prints from old sources but there are too many sections of my copy that are unacceptably unreadable. I have numerous printed manuals from other sources but I’ve never seen anything like this.”

“Love the book size, the two volume format, the easily readable font size, clarity of instructions and diagrams (thank you Nikon and thank you OTC for presenting them in an easy-to-view size. The two volumes are lightweight and travel easily in a briefcase/carry-on. My only problem and reason for rating a 4 not a 5 (contents and info are definitely a 5) is the cover and spine. I like the lay-flat feature of the wire-bound book; HOWEVER, the book slipped spine-first from atop a low coffee table onto a thick carpet. The spine bent slightly out-of-round and the cover tore in several places where the wire-binding went through the paper cover. It took me half an hour to carefully repair the torn fragments, reinforce the back edge of the cover with clear packing tape and poke the spine back through the tiny little holes. The spine is permanently deformed despite my best efforts to reshape it, and as a result, the prongs frequently slip out of the holes in the covers and pages requiring me to gingerly open the book, carefully reinsert pages onto the spine when they come off. The covers should be of a much sturdier material; that would have prevented the difficulties described above. Fortunately, the pages slipped off the wire spine instead of tearing off; they just continually slip off the ends where it is bent. I have to be very careful opening and closing the book to prevent them from slipping. I also keep it in a gallon ziplock freezer bag to prevent further damage removing it from a bookshelf or should it fall or be dropped. As for content and two-volume format, it is worth ten stars. I hope OTC will one day offer an option for a sturdier cardboard or vinyl cover for the wire-bound manuals.”

Hello We supplied the manual that sony have on their website. It is not only Sony that do not supply manuals with cameras all of the other manufacturers are the same.
