“I spent most of my career persuading organizations to eliminate paper from their business processes and interactions with customers BUT sometimes only paper will do. Most tech companies have stopped providing printed manuals to their customers. For complex products, I think this is a big mistake as it makes it more difficult for users to get the most out of the products that they have spent their hard earned money on. Thank goodness for OTC. They provide a great, quick and cost effective service and provide me with the printed manual I need to fully exploit and enjoy all the features of the product that I have purchased.”

“When I received the book the back cover was not install properly on the spiral ring. I had to remove all the pages from the spiral ring to place the back cover in the proper position.”

Hello You ordered a test report. Test reports are copied from a magazine and sometimes the quality is not so good as they use different coloured backgrounds for the text.

“It came in the promised time frame and it was perfectly bound and unexpectedly in a smaller book form than I imagined. This was the best suprise ever as it is so many pages now it is a manageable size. Great job. I couldn't be happier and the cost was very fair.”

“I can't say what it is like because I had it sent to our friends but although the correct number was on the form you sent the wrong one. They phoned you and I believe they are waiting for the correct one to arrive as soon as they phone us that it's been delivered I can tell you if they found the instructions useful Mrs angela barton”

“Absolutely perfect! Sadly I have no cameras left (2 x Nikon D7200, 2 x Nikon F5300, 3 x Nikon Coolpix P7800, 1 x Nikon Coolpix B700, 1 x Sony DSC-RX10 IV. It's a hobby you know and if you want to add whatever it makes me look a freak, well man, it's just your opinion you know...it's still a country for the bold and the free...and the freak. Whatever: very useful manuals. All of them.”

“This is the best copy of a manual I have ever seen, the Manual is put together really well not shabby a real professional job, better than what Nikon furnishes in their manuals. The print is clear and dark that's important for me I am 83 and my eyesight is not what it used to be, The size is perfect to use in the field. To say I am pleased is an understatement, I am overjoyed with a manual for my camera I can honestly work with. Well done oTc!”

“Excellent, Quick Service. Quality Product. My printed User Manual for my Nikon Z6ii arrived more quickly (about 10 days from order placement) than promised to the U.S. from "across the pond". I am more than pleased with the service and quality of my manual. The paper is of very good quality, and I am very happy I paid the extra $2.75USD for the spiral binding. As soon as it is available, I plan to order the User Manual for the Nikon Z9.”
