“Two days after my order they sent me an email saying my manual had been printed and would be posted within 12 hours. A day (or two) later they emailed asking me which manual I wanted (so, no it hadn't been posted). Then, they claimed that the one I ordered and asked for in my 2 reply emails had a number of verisons. No, it doesn't. The model number distinguishes it from other versions and it was that model number I needed. Then, they sent me the wrong manual - one of the other model numbers. The manual I got is available free online and I had downloaded it to my iPad a week prior. I sent another email asking for a refund and was told to put the manual in the post and return and then I would receive a refund. I packaged it up, and wrote a letter requesting a refund. I then received an email from a different person before I posted it, saying my refund was being processed. They still want the manual back but 'there's no rush'. Confusion from start to finish. I got a 2 star service (perhaps less) but I've given 3 due to the change of heart over the refund. I won't be using them again.”

“Searched everywhere for an owners manual for my Fujifilm XT-3. Eventually came across OTC. Ordered the more expensive version which is ring bound. Manual came first class within a couple of days. Couldn't be more pleased. 10 out of 10. Brynn Welch ----- Stafford.”

“I ordered a manual for a Nikon D4 camera from Camera-Manual (aka OTC), and rate them very good (5 stars). The manual arrived the day following my order, was well-presented with a plastic cover front and rear, and is more readable than the original due to being in A5 format. I would recommend them to any photographer who finds themselves short of a manual.”

“Manuals can come in A5 size which is the ideal balance between legibility whilst not being too large. It is also more tactile / tangible to use a paper manual rather than one on a computer.”

“I recently purchased a used Olympus OM E1 Mark II camera, which unfortunately came without a user manual. I therefore ordered one online from this company and although expensive is worth every penny. The manual is presented in a ring bound spine on white, high quality paper which in turn is protected with a transparent cover. Overall I'm very impressed with my purchase.”
