Two days after my order they sent me an email saying my manual had been printed and would be posted within 12 hours. A day (or two) later they emailed asking me which manual I wanted (so, no it hadn't been posted). Then, they claimed that the one I ordered and asked for in my 2 reply emails had a number of verisons. No, it doesn't. The model number distinguishes it from other versions and it was that model number I needed. Then, they sent me the wrong manual - one of the other model numbers. The manual I got is available free online and I had downloaded it to my iPad a week prior. I sent another email asking for a refund and was told to put the manual in the post and return and then I would receive a refund. I packaged it up, and wrote a letter requesting a refund. I then received an email from a different person before I posted it, saying my refund was being processed. They still want the manual back but 'there's no rush'. Confusion from start to finish. I got a 2 star service (perhaps less) but I've given 3 due to the change of heart over the refund. I won't be using them again.
