“It meets my needs I prefer the book form to viewing it on my phone or computer.”

“I am happy with my manual. However, the only thing I have the back cover will not stay on spiral part. Need an improvement on spine spiral to hold manuals back cover together.”

Hello I am sorry the manual is falling apart. I will resend the manual. In the mean time there is an easy fix if you place the card back on the wire you then just gently squeeze the wires to close a little tighter. I will get a new manual sent tomorrow.

“Printing quality is excellent. As for the downside, for the price I paid I was expecting a full page on each page not 2 pages on 1. Regards, GGervais”

“It's not a print. It's a cheap, primitive black and white copy of very poor quality, which costs only a few cents in any copy shop. This is absolute rip off!”

“Only had the manual a few days, used it several times to look things up, so much easier in print than trying to find what you require online”

“Ordered Friday night, acknowledgement email, despatch email all sent within 72 hours. Package arrived Tuesday morning. One possible extra with the manual would be page numbers on front of each copy as well as the part numberx which are added for customers already.”

“It is nice to have a hard copy version of a very comprehensive manual. The print size of approximately 6 inches by 8 inches is a good size to read. It is unfortunate that the manufacturer did not provide a hard copy of the manual. While I always keep an electronic version of the manual, I find it easier to refer to a printed version. It is good that someone in the universe is willing to provide this service.”
