Hello All orders are delayed due to strike action taken by Royal mail. This has impacted on the delivery times as well as the Christmas period.

“I purchased 4 wire-bound manuals. Three were damaged upon arrival due to insufficient packaging. They courteously replaced them. I am very pleased with their service. I would also add that wire bindings lose their advantage once the wires become bent. If the manual will get jostled around in your camera bag a standard glue binding would hold up better.”

“I still have not received the materials I ordered! One month and counting. After I inquired and posted a negative review, I received two terse emails. The first had a Royal Mail tracking number, and the second indicated that there had been a response to my query. Neither had an apology or explanation. The Royal Mail Website states that the material is sitting in the sorting queue.”

“Excellent and very quick service completed just before Christmas. The manual was complete and nicely printed on good paper, but a very tight fit for the ring binder used. The ring binding was an extra cost, and essential to keeping it together but a larger binder would have been better.”

“I have never received the manual. It’s seems this was shipping from England or somewhere in Europe maybe. As if 12/26/22 I have yet to receive the manual(spiral bound for 2.95 extra). Hello Unfortunately here in the UK Royal Mail have been striking. This has been going on for the last couple of months. It has impacted the delivery times and also the Christmas period slows the mail up sorry.
