“I purchased a document on The Thornton Pickard shutters, the front page is page 5? I'm not sure if its a poor copy or a poor print but the tops of some words are missing, making it difficult to read. I have excellent eyesight but I have difficulty reading most of the text without a magnifying glass, the third page (Page 7) is particularly difficult to read and a number of others are similar in that the text fades from light and fuzzy to bold across the page.”

I'm sorry to hear this. Please bear in mind that this document is from 1897!! Not 1997, but 1897, so the quality is likely to be poor. We will re-send it printed twice the size (at no charge). This may help

Hello The only way to make the text larger is for us to print A4 size this would make a very large and heavy manual as there are 302 pages. Hello The manual you order was originally brought out in the early 1950's so the manual we scanned from is not of good quality like you would get to day from an original manual.

“The printing was OK but the spiral binders leave a lot to be desired. One of the three booklets had a damaged binder with numerous punched holes torn out and the pages did not slide around the the binder so as to let the book lay flat without appying force which cause further damage. I would gladly paid more for books that allowed the pages to be turned more freely.”

Hello I am sorry you are finding the manual hard to follow. Unfortunately we can only sent the manual that Panasonic have made available for the camera we have no input into the contents manuals.

Hello Sometimes the original we scan from is not a good copy this will be why the print of the photocopy is poor.

“Hello, As i mentioned through a separate personal email(no reaction from OTC as yet) the received copy is somewhat pale lacking contrast on plain paper. Second, the images and in special, the circuit schematic "Eumig Mark O&M" is simply to small and unreadable.”

“Still a bit difficult for a non technical person. i bought the camera manual over a year ago, and one on an Epson printer (XP-352) only very recently. This has already been a godsend! Very detailed, good diagrams. Perhaps the printing is on the small side, but over all , excellent.”
