“The Manual is Good but would been much better in colour, and the next size up in Print Rather than the very small print it has just to get it into small pages an A4 size would been much better, this was for the Sony Camera, i had a Samsung Phone Manual and that was done the same, A PDF online is better and simple print that on A4”

We can't do anything about printing in colour, but we will re-send printed twice the size, at no charge.

Sorry it is impossible for us to print in colour. The cost would be at least five times as much. If you are not happy please return the manual for a full refund.

“Super fast delivery as always. This was the third camera manual I've bought over the years. First was stapled but stayed intact even though the camera is now U/S! Second was glue bound but also is still intact after several years. Recent purchase the pages were falling out within 24hrs possibly due to glue failure and/or being a larger format than the others, was not strong enough adhesive. Still attempting to re glue and clip up! Didn't see the need to order spiral bound as previous purchases were very good. Still, fast service and probably at my door before my home printer could price the pages!”

“Glad to recieve the manual. The quality of the copy is not realy good. Maybe copying with a black background instead of white in the scanner woulld improve the result.”

I'm afraid we print to the highest quality possible, Much depends on the original we have to work from. If you are not happy you can always return the manual for a full refund.

“Good quality, delivered in adequate time. Would like an option for letter sized printed copy (8 1/2" x 11"). Unfortunately the misplaced a page, inserting the final sheet smack middle in the Table of Contents- quite distracting! Even worse, when I contacted them, they couldn't even bother to reply.”

“Confused - after ordering I received a message saying the manual was too large to be bound in one volume. I have received one "volume" labelled "Part 1", it appears pretty comprehensive but I do not know if Part 2 is still to come, or did you bind it in one volume after all???”

“Quite expensive but you do get a complete copy. Printed a bit light and text would have benefitted from being darker. There's not really much competition so unfortunately you end up paying”

I completely understand. Unfortunately this is how Sony have decided to produce the manual. The office will manually add page numbers to the manual and re-send the order to you, at no charge.

“I have previously ordered from you (Panasonic FZ1000 manual) which I would describe as very good. The Olympus E-M1 is also very good as far as the spiral bound and the printing, however, the reason I have given it an acceptable star is because the pages when viewed from the edge of the opening side have a wave shape unlike the Panasonic one which were completely flat.”

“Service with respect to communication and delivery was excellent. The manual arrived in excellent condition and was as described. However one disappointing aspect was the very poor quality of the photocopied images in the manual which are an important part of the camera repair instructions.”

I'm sorry you found some elements hard to read. We do the very best we can to produce manuals of the highest quality possible. Your repair manual was over 40 years old I'm afraid so there was nothing better we could do.

Sorry you were not happy with the manual. Please note that we don't write the manuals we just print and bind what is written by the manufacturer. If you are really unhappy you can always return it for a 100% refund.
