“We purchased a new wood stove and first supply of firewood from Calido and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. All stages from quotation to ordering and delivery have been very smooth, you will feel well looked after. All the persons I dealt with have been very professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended 5 star service”

“Only problem I had I ended up paying express delivery, I sure this was my own fault , but it made my purchase £6.00 dearer , however it did come next day which was impressive, also with oug the delivery they was the cheapest around, so I'm giving them 10/10”

“The wood seems to be excellent. The person delivering it was very personable. I was a little taken aback by the price (though I recognise that wood peices are going up everywhere) and to discover that the wood had been shipped from Eastern Europe - so a much bigger carbon footprint than I had imagined.”

“We needed a replacement fire and found a suitable model on Calido’s site. It was clearly priced and available. When we arrived, a few technical queries were answered quickly and accurately. We paid, the palletised fire was very carefully lifted with a forklift in to our van and we were away within 20 minutes of our arrival. First class service & competitive price. Highly recommended.”
