“Best logs we have used. PLenty of heat and they last over an hour and a half, couldn't ask for more. Delivery was quick and the drive managed to get them up the driveway, saved me a shed load of unloading. Thanks you..”

“Purchased the 810 Contura wood burning stove from Calido and very happy 🙂 heard about Calido via word-of-mouth as they were recommended by someone I know who had used them. Visited the showroom, no pressure from staff and they were very informative when answering all questions. Did visit some other showrooms but took time to decide what stove I really wanted and where to purchase it from and it was Calido who won me over. From the initial visit to the showroom, a couple of phone calls and then a further visit, their service was friendly but still professional. Based on my own experience, Calido is a company I would highly recommend to others.”

“The staff are always ready to help if I find a problem - usually because I’ve left it so late to place an order, I’m almost down to the dust on the shed floor!! Never mind - they always do their best to give me the next available delivery slot. A great product, a great staff team and our local delivery team know that I live at the end of a narrow road, and up a slight hill. Everything is well taken care of. They are wonderful!!!”

“We've been buying from Calido Logs and Stoves for more than 18 months and would highly recommend both their products and their excellent service. We buy a pallet of wood briquettes at a time. They are long burning and pretty clean to use. We've also tried the eco briquettes. The delivery is great usually within a couple of days and the pallet is delivered tight to your doorstep. Great company!”

“a very speedy delivery of five boxes of Pini Key briquettes, which were available on a great introductory offer. The logs are great, much better than the Hotties I was previously burning. The delivery was split over two days, which was a surprise, but not an inconvenience.”
