“Having bought our log burner with full installation from Calido as the all round experience was faultless, we thought best to continue to shop with them for their own logs, briquettes, kindling and fire lighters, we are delighted with our first online order delivered to our door. First class customer service, easy to navigate online shop and excellent products. We wouldn't risk purchasing from anywhere else especially when you read about the damage caused by substandard products. Thank you Calido.”

“Received delivery of logs, kindling etc. Very good service, the whole load was taken round to the back door a fantastic service. Logs etc are good burning and nice and dry. Driver/delivery driver was very helpful. Couldn't thank them enough.”

“We purchased a new wood stove and first supply of firewood from Calido and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. All stages from quotation to ordering and delivery have been very smooth, you will feel well looked after. All the persons I dealt with have been very professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended 5 star service”

“Only problem I had I ended up paying express delivery, I sure this was my own fault , but it made my purchase £6.00 dearer , however it did come next day which was impressive, also with oug the delivery they was the cheapest around, so I'm giving them 10/10”
