“1 box of logs received intact and the other received burst open and only half the logs in a plastic tray. Left on my doorstep whilst I was at work so never hit the chance to ask driver where rest of them were.”

“Service from calico was excellent however the delivery driver was less than helpful I thought for a bit the pallet was going to be dumped on my driveway in the snow”

“Calido logs are always beautifully dry and easy to burn. My property is not the easiest to deliver a pallet to, but successive drivers have gone the extra mile and managed to deliver them successfully. This means I can relax and not worry about my order. “The logs are great as is the price the only thing that’s let them down was the emails from the haulage company they sent a email saying it was out for delivery so we wait in alday for it to be take that it was a mistake which was fine only for them to come with it on the day with no email saying what time”

“This is the third crate of logs I purchased from Calido, and every time the quality and service have been first class. In my photo, we are burning lovely Oak logs in the lead up to Christmas. In the recent -6 degree days, we were cosy and warm regardless of what the weather was doing outside.”
