“The service and quality from Calido Logs were excellent as always however delivery scheduled for the 14th, the pallet was delivered on the 13th at just after 5 pm and during the half-hour, I had been away from my house. The pallet was left at the front door. I am not complaining as I understand the pressures the delivery companies are under but a telephone call in advance would have allowed me to be there. Altough I did need the exercise transferring the logs from my front door to the log store!”

“Great service as always. Easy to order and communication about delivery dates and new delivery dates was excellent. The notification of a new delivery date by myself was accommodated with little fuss and the delivery driver was very helpful. Many thanks”

“excellent product 2nd time bought would highly recommend. Just a quick observation we have to have ours delivered in front of the house as a pallet will not go down the side. When we buy 1/2 pallets could they not be put on a euro pallet. Many thanks”

“Bit pricier than previous heat logs I've bought, but I think they are superior. Maybe because they were oak. I can burn one and get great heat from it for well over an hour, before I need another. They stack well, and are easy to move.”

“I had a phone call as promised before delivery. As an early delivery grateful for the call. Pallet ut in garage space as requested. Looking forward to using my first order of mixed netted logs. Grandson put a bag in my log basket.”

“Very helpful staff who gave good advice over the phone. The wood is well packed,dry and burns well. There are some small pieces but these are used as kindling to start the fire. The delivery driver (James) was excellent- helpful, polite and went the extra mile to get the pallet to the place where I wanted it. He sums up the company, great service, great product and good price. I will be placing another soon based on my first experience with calido”
