“Wood and service up to usual standard very happy. Not so happy with £79.99 shipping charge although total was discounted by £45 due to offer.”

We do try to absorb as much of the delivery costs ourselves, although sadly some of the Highlands and Islands postcodes cost us quite a bit extra. “Great friendly, helpful service and advice from Kirsty on the phone. Easy to place my order which was then delivered right to my log store a few days later by James, who could not have been more helpful and friendly, also offering good advice as our order is in advance of a new wood burning stove being fitted and our first one having used an open coal fire for over twenty years. I will be a long term faithful customer, as this is a family business you can trust and depend on. A rare quality in this day and age!!”

“I’ve had several deliveries from Calido, from quarter pallets to full ones. All have been dealt with efficiently by the fantastic team. Even down to me asking to delay the delivery for a couple of days, because it was supposed to be tipping down with rain on the original date. Calido have a wonderful staff and I appreciate everything they do.”
