“I used to use verdo briquettes for my woodburner until verdo stopped manufacturing them a couple of years ago. Since then, I bet I've tried every type of ecolog on the market and none of them stand up to verdos. I've been lost in the renewable ecolog wilderness! Verdo briquettes don't swell, burn longer and keep their shape better. They create much less ash than inferior briquettes as they seem to have a lower sawdust content. The only eco log that is anywhere near as good from my experience are the little hotties but they're nowhere near as good value for money and don't burn as long. I received my sample pack of Calido briquettes today and my eyes lit up. My adrenaline started pumping and everything started going in slow motion. I was really pleased to find they ARE completely identical to Verdos! As a result of this, I will be ordering a full pallet of them ASAP with a tenner off so I can't lose. Thanks Calido! As you can tell, I'm really quite chuffed about this.”

“after one day delay in delivery crate of logs delivered although the lorry had problems with the electrics on the lorry and took nearly 30 minutes to rectify and get crate of lorry”

Dear Janet, It is disappointing to see a lasting negative review for our overall service especially when the issues appears to have been with the delivery alone. Palletline made us aware of the issue with delivery on the planned date due to issues with the tail lift on the vehicle. They told us that they had agreed to deliver to you the following day. Unfortunately from time to any vehicle can give trouble, this is something completely outwith our control. As a pallet network Palletline are more reliable than most hence why we use them. “Delivery on time. Quality of logs good. My only gripe is that min delivery is 24 nets. it’s a real pain trying to fit them into our shed. Appreciate your a small business but I do think Deliveries of less quantities (even if a delivery charge was added) would be good for your business.”

“I love your new Calido briquettes! They are, in my opinion, even better than the Verdo briquettes. Since Verdo stopped making their briquettes I've been looking for a replacement that was as good, and hadn't found it until now. The Calido briquettes are easy to store, don' flake as much as the Verdo ones did when you chop them up for small pieces to start the fire with, and give out a beautiful warm, dry, longlasting heat. A definite yes from me. You've made my winter!”
