“Really pleased with the response to questions, speed of delivery and quality of the product. The Calido logs burn well once your fire is well lit. I turned my burner to low. Good heat output and each lasts about 30-40 minutes in my stove. Easy to break if too large and they do expand in length once burning. The difference between kiln dried logs and these is less ash and less coals to keep the fire going so I used a mix of both. Easy to store. Going to order again.”

“Dear Calido, Very disappointed, Your blocs make nearly twice as much ash, burn no hotter than real logs, they last little more than an hour, they also leave a residue on the wood burner glass. I will not be reordering, I feel slightly cheated having paid £299 for no real advantage.”

“I ordered a pallet of briquettes on Thursday 4th , I received a phone call 5mins later to confirm it was being dispatched and should arrive on Monday , weather permitting. It duly arrived in perfect condition with a complimentary pack of different briquettes. What a service , especially as we live in the Highlands ! The usual response to the Highlands is extra delivery charge or we don't deliver to the Highlands. Well done this company . The briquettes are brilliant , very hot and an excellent alternative to firewood. Much easier to store too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”
