“The delivery driver was extremely helpful positioning my logs exactly where I requested although it was a bit tricky. Logs are bbburning well throwing out a god heat.”

“Poorly running Husqvarna hedge trimmer handed in for service/repair. Kept informed of the cost/ timing throughout and machine ultimately returned to perfect running order. Many thanks!”

“Delivery of a full pallet arranged for thursday, got phone call from delivery driver at 9.30am on wednesday asking where house was. Driver reallystruggled to get them onto tailgate! His pallet truck could barely lift them. After some time he got them off tailgate but could not move them at all. Because of this they are left out on the road in the rain so had to cover with tarpaulin. I have been cutting my firewood for 40yrs but due to poor health have now to buy it. I have had to arrange a forklift to move them 2mt into my garage at a cost. Logs are great, delivery co not so good. This is not Calido fault but the delivery company who say they deliver pallets need updating their equipment. I cant unload these one by one because of my health so unfortunately will not be able to buy these again.”

“The crate of high quality Ash wood was bone dry and cut into good sized logs, tightly packed into a crate and ready to burn. As always the logs were delivered very quickly by James, after ordering on line. Nothing was too much trouble for him as he delivered it right to our log store in the garden. James is always friendly, polite and helpful and able to give some really good advice on how to get the longest burn time out of the logs. I can’t rate Calido highly enough and have no problem in recommending this family business to anyone reading this review.”

“Now we are in autumn I have used my new Arada Stove. I have to say Im extremely pleased with it. Its so easy to clean out, it burns both Wood and Coal nicely. It generates plenty of lovely warmth from both. Previously I had an open fire grate and I am so pleased I have changed to a stove. On ordering the stove from Calido it arrived when it was scheduled to and I was very happy with the price I paid for my stove. So in conclusion, based on my experience i would thoroughly recommend Calido.”

“I ordered the sample pack, for £12.99 postage included yesterday at 11am they arrived at my home in West Wales at 1pm. Impressive to say the least. Put one on my wood burner an hour ago, onto hot embers still going strong and impressive heat. Well impressed. Beats competition hands down.”

“Excellent service. Palletline delivery timely, with a phone call beforehand giving estimated arrival which was really helpful. Delivery driver was outstanding… ours was last delivery of the day so he helped me unload the pallet and helped carry nets round to the log store at back of house. Thank you!!!”
