“From start to finish the service was very good, John answered all our questions and pointed us in the right direction as to which Wood Burner would be best for us. Our Wood Burner and the rest of our order arrived on time with no hassle. Installation by Craig and Gavin was excellent, arrived on time , no mess perfect installation.”

“Had trouble adding a discount code to my online order, so I called and they were very helpful, fixed in a sec. when it came to delivery we had some issues with the haulage company, but Calido were very helpful at sorting that out too - and keen to follow up to make sure everything was sorted. Highly recommend Calido.”

“Was initially sceptical at cost over getting two builders bags, but on seeing the crate it seems that there is more wood than you would get with the bags, so I think the value is there! Logs are a good size, good condition, well packed, and ideal to have the pallet truck put them straight into my garage, avoiding double handling. Vety impressed with this company!”

“Logs were nice and dry and delivered at time advised. Driver helpfully placed logs as closely to log store as possible. Logs burn well and have a nice smell too which is always a bonus”

“Used this company for the first time this year and have had a great experience. Pleasant and helpful lady took my order and told me when to expect delivery. “As a new Calido customer I was really happy with the customer service from order to delivery. I ordered the pallet of mini hotties which burn really well and are a perfect size for my stove. I will be using Calido again.”

“Great service from a very knowledgeable team. From initial enquiry to delivery, as well as product quality, I have been very satisfied with Calido. The kiln dried logs are a bit more expensive but the heat output is far superior and worth the extra money.”
