“Excellent helpful customer service - particularly impressed that they were able to pull up my customer/order details automatically, and could tell who I was just by using the phone number I was calling from. This technology has been around for years, but few UK companies seem to make use of it - a real timesaver.”

“Good, delivery attempted very quickly and good quality product. Frustratingly CM told their courier APC that the items must be signed for which is very frustrating, it was only a length of cat 6 and did not need signing for. APC refused to leave it in a safe spot delaying delivery by 8 days. Please consider changing policy on this.”

“Great company and products are available. Delivery company APC need an urgent review. Parcel which had electrical equipment was left thrown over the fence into back garden and left in torrential rain for 2 days. Instructions were even written on box saying to leave behind wheelie bin in back of carport (they chucked over the fence above the bins...). APC are not responding to multiple attempts and should not be used.”

“Needed to specify and stock a short Cat5e patch cable to go with a new product. Found several choices easily on the website. Had to make a quick phone-call to check the wire gauges and after a short hold, the information was provided. Ordered online and received within 48 hrs. Very pleased with the product, service and overall experience.”

“This is the second time we have used Cable Monkey and I can say that the communication once ordered is first class. The products are as described and we will use them again. Unfortunately, our last item was poorly packed as the corner was dented, but we needed to use it, so we never complained. Therefore we can not comment as to how they would have sorted this. Overall, 4 1/2 is fair.”
