Good product, decent price, despatched on time - but they used APC for delivery, which is always disappointing as their service is terrible. I paid for next working day delivery but APC took four days - two days running they sent texts with delivery times but didn't turn up (and we were at home) and didn't answer the phone when I rang (many times) to chase up the parcel.
