“Finding items on the website is easy, the variety of products is good, prices are reasonable, but unfortunately delivery is poor. My order was shipped 13 days ago and it still hasn't arrived.”

“What item you get is completely different to the picture shown the item in the picture is the d914s with the black rubber bits on the 110 tool what you get is the item with out them bits”

“Great service and product, but one of our ether net cables' wee lever snapped pretty soon after buying it so a wee bit annoying as it pops out too easily. Still works though”

“I had a few problems. I ordered a trial patch cable but the AB was not reversed, perhaps as a patch it is not meant to be. Eventually I found out from them how to unclip one end and change it round, it then worked. But quick delivery, it looks OK so would use again when I want much longer one.”

“The quality of the products is good but I had a disappointing customer service experience. 2 days after a next day delivery should have arrived I tracked the parcel with the tracking code supplied and it showed as delivered so I contacted Cable Monkey and asked if they could help. I provided my name, my address, the date of the order, the value of the order, the items ordered, the consignment tracking number and forwarded the PayPal receipt. I was told via email that they could not help me unless I provided the order number. I had not received a confirmation email other than the PayPal receipt so could not provide this so could not get any help. It seems extremely unlikely that they were unable to help when provided with all of this information, I appreciate that companies are busy and under strain at the moment but refusing to help unless given the easiest method seemed a bit lazy to me. Luckily 2 working days later the goods did arrive.”

“The rj45 connectors I bought were not suitable for cat6a cabling. Even though it said they were. I have shielded cable these are not adequate for it.”

“Happy enough with you delivery and item sent, apart from one slight niggle, I noticed the protective sleeving was missing on a small part of the cable, it looked like manufacturing fault, luckily the important inner cable seemed undamaged. Hopefully it will be ok!”

“Cabinet was fine and power unit perfect . Shelves arrived a day later than the cabinet - so engineer who was booked to fit it - had to make do . When shelves arrived not as expected - so had to throw away”
