“It was very easy to find the item I wanted on the cable monkey website, and my order was delivered more quickly than I expected. Would have been a 5 star if the item hadn't been packed in a load of polystyrene bits which can't be recycled. Please change to fully recyclable packaging.”

“The roll of cable was packed in a cardboard box with a large quantity of expanded polystyrene chips which as far as I know are not recyclable. Have you considered moving to a more environmentally friendly form of packaging?”

“Order correct and delivered quickly. However, I was disappointed that the scheduled next day delivery got put back to the next working day after waiting in all day, but that is probably more the courier's fault. I also do not like items being shipped with packing peanuts. They are messy and irritating, and not very environmentally friendly. An alternative would be appreciated.”
