“Prompt service thanks but the package was wrapped in tight plastic which was difficult to unwrap without damaging the contents.”

“a very fine cable indeed, however over priced as they all are. if you are going to be needing lots of cables it probably cheaper to DIY but for one offs, cable monkey's cables are first rate and their packaging for delivery is outstanding.”

“Very good delivery on time, product as expected, have seen cheaper but don’t know about quality, the quality of this cable seems to be ok, pulled it through underground ducting and it stood up to the pulling, will use Cable Monkey again.”

“Ordered a cable, could have used a cheaper company and saved a few quid, but you don't get the quality. This cable is quality for the size (30 meters) Does the job and will last longer than going cheap”

“Well what to say about my first experience with Cable Monkey... Part selection decent, items made to order, order arrived well packaged (in this case a very good thing) and the lady at the other end of my emails very helpful and couldnt thank her enough... Then why not "very good"? Because this order was let down by the incompetence of FedEx, their chosen courier.... Courier not once but twice failed to follow instructions left on where to leave it, then their customer services lie's about allowing saturday collections so 60 mile round trip for nothing.. then decides to leave it another day before delivering.. Next day delivery turned in 7 days.. when it arrived it looked like it had been kicked around the warehouse.. Luckily Cable Monkey had well packaged the goods, no visable damage. Once again cant fault Cable Monkey, will be ordering again in the near future, hopefully with a better experience with the courier.”

“purchased a telephone slave junction box cover.Was delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately The web-site did not include dimension data so it was too big.Cable Monkey were happy to arrange a refund.”

“The service was great,a s were the cables, however the packaging was seriously over the top. I bought 3 cables and they were packages as thought they were the crown jewels and might break any minute. There was bubble wrap, cling film, packing tape - all of which are not recyclable. It took me 5 minutes just to cut through the packing tape and vast quantity of the industrial strength plastic cling film wrap to get to the cables. They could have simply gone in a paper filled jiffy bag. Worse than anything I have ever received from Amazon.”
