“Good efficient service”

“The cables are excellent quality, no complaints with the product. The next day delivery was a day late; not Cable Monkey's fault directly. FedEx reported the package was out for delivery in the morning on the day they were supposed to deliver, but they failed to deliver that day. The package was being delivered to a business address with a reception, so there is no obvious excuse for the failure to deliver. I've never had a good experience with FedEx; unlucky maybe.”

“Fast delivery, cables seem good, colour shades could be a little nicer, red is more like dark pink or burgandy, all others are very pastley in shade.”

“I thought the service was incredible, however i was very disappointed with the amount of plastic that is wasted by an individual bag per cable, surely there is a better way of doing this?”

“I had a need for some computer cabling and through searches found Cablemonkey. After a bit of homework and searching I found the items I needed and placed an order. Using the Website was straight forward, but for a novice it did take time to know the exact items needed. The order was delivered well packaged and promptly. I would certainly use this service again. The only improvement I could suggest is making the finding of items easier for novice people like myself. I would certainly recommend and reuse the service.”

“Patch cables arrived safely but in a larger parcel than I expected. Delivery cost of £8.34 + VAT was excessive for a town 16 miles north of Aberdeen and would have been much cheaper by Royal Mail or Hermes. Look OK but have not yet been put into service so not able to give a subjective review.”
