“I have nothing to complain about, ordering was simple and straight forward, payment by PayPal always helps ( saves having to create an account) ,prices good and delivery free if you opt for snailmail ( Royal Mail).”

“The product is great, well protected and delivered quickly. Slightly disappointed with how the item was packaged. It was bubble wrap wrapped in lots of black tape. I would have been happier with a cardboard box or something similar but overall we were very happy with the service. :)”

“Small order, but went missing with delivery company who didn't deliver correctly....Fed-Ex and were particularly unhelpful to recover the order. (Left at an address 1.4m from my property and in the wrong postcode). The support lass - Hayley Miller - dealt with the follow up professionally and with humour. For that reason alone I would deal with this company again. Fed-Ex - well that's a different matter. Utterly useless! Oh and I did get my order eventually - as well as the follow up one”
