“Still haven’t received my parcel, I’d have though after charging almost the same price for postage as the goods purchased it would have arrived by now (a week later)”

“If I could give cable monkey zero I would. Because it has been over a week since I ordered 2-3days delivery and I still have not received the cable they have held the full job up for a week because we can’t plaster the ceiling until the cable is in. Absolutely terrible”

Hi Wayne, Please accept my apology for the late arrival of your cable. As we advised you on the phone this morning, FedEx are showing your cable as being delivered on the 31st and signed for by L.HOLT, you will have received a tracking link from us within 24 hours of placing your order. However as you still appear to be without your cable we have shipped another one out for you. It’s always worth telling us as soon as possible if your order doesn’t arrive when expected. We can normally fix the problem the same day.

“Make sure that you check that the Invoice and the Order Summary that you receive are the same. Mine were different and they delivered the wrong patch cords as a result.”

“The wrong patch cords were delivered. They were correct on the order summary and different on the invoice and on the delivery. My customer was very unhappy and we nearly lost the contract. I'm not a happy customer”

“I ordered 25 of the RJ45 Plugs items under the view 25 pairs would be delivered. The website is clearly misrepresenting the product. The screenshot clearly shows two items in the picture and the first line use the words "two piece". They don't do the same on Cat6a patch plugs (http://www.cablemonkey.ie/cat6a-accessories/9550-ccs-cat6a-ftp-rj45-plug.html) or Cat6 plugs (http://www.cablemonkey.ie/cat6-accessories/9549-ccs-cat6-utp-rj45-plug.html). These are only item in screenshots showing the parts and are clear they are individually. Cat5 plugs use the text on first line "Sold Individually or in packs of 100" I now need to order 25 more of these plugs and pay more ridiculous shipping to complete the job whereas if the website was clear in the first place I would have ordered all at once. When contacted I was fobbed off with a line of basically it's your fault and no one else gave us feedback. Poor customer interaction and service.”

“Charged a fortune for shipping (the item cost less) for something smaller than a bag of crisps. I meant the item was shipped in a massive box full of Styrofoam packaging nuts. Simply no need for it. Queried it and was told "they needed to track the item and ship via a courier"”
