“I placed the order on 3-8-21 and received an email from Stephanie Johnson to say delivery would be delayed until 18-8-21 which i accepted but told you i would be away from 22nd. You replied ok no worries. On 4-8-21 I got an email saying it had been shipped and you deducted the payment from my account. so i expected to receive it shortly after that. I still have not received the item.”

“Placed an order late Thursday pm and paid extra for next day delivery. Eventually received my order on the Monday. Not to be trusted!! They should not make promises on their website they can’t keep no matter the circumstance. Disrespectful to customers as a result”

“Cable Monkey order 182260 - We ordered on 14th December and today is 30th December and we have yet to received our delivery. We have faced time penalties, lost customers and reputation due to your delivery let down. Absolutely appalling!”

“Awful service promised next day delivery, no communications to say my order was delayed. Eventually when I did get someone after a week of waiting they could bit seem to care less. Save yourself the hassle and go to Comms Express. I got everything I needed the next day and for less money.”

“The items I ordered were on a next day delivery, I ordered at around mid-day so in plenty of time for same day dispatch. I received an email confirming dispatch on the day or order, but item never arrived next day or day after. I called customer service to say item was not in stock and would be dispatched Friday for delivery Monday, this was some 7 days after order!! I had to order from another supplier to ensure completion of work on time for my customer!! Disappointing as my previous order was delivered on time”

“Cable as a product seems fine. I had a major problem with delivery it too abotv2 weeks instead of 2 days. The carrier tried to deliver when we were not at home when I phoned Cable a monkey I was told that the delivery wa attempted and that a card was left. No sign of any card I was told that they would ring the next day to arrange re delivery , again did not happen, Parcel arrived today 5days later, no excuse or apology”

“To be honest I think your service is very poor, I haven’t even received my goods yet and they’re were shipped out on the 4th of September. This has now been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for them to arrive. It said 4-5 days for delivery when I ordered.”

“I received no tracking number or delivery text messages from courier. When my order eventually arrived multiple items were missing and several phone calls later I still haven't received everything. Needless to say I won't be ordering from you again.”
